2.振动：出现这种现象的原因主要是链条过紧，适当松一下链条即可。

3.供料量不足：一是由于泄漏气体的作用使粉粒物料下落受阻碍；二是粉粒体物料的容重不同于设计值。对于种故障采用抽气措施即可；第二种提高转速，使其达到适宜转速。

4.卡料：此故障主要由配管不当、使机壳变形及温度上升、超过间隙设计的温度；方法是在供料器的正上方或正下方使用软管；扩大间隙使其达到适宜间隙。

4. Material jamming: This fault is mainly caused by improper piping, deformation of the casing and temperature rise, exceeding the temperature specified in the gap design; The solution is to use a hose directly above or below the feeder; Expand the gap to achieve the appropriate gap.
