When the material enters the rotary feeder from the upper hopper, it quickly falls into the space between the rotor blades under the action of gravity. At this point, the rotor starts rotating at a stable speed under the drive of the motor reducer. To solve this problem, the rotary feeder is specially equipped with a pressure equalization suction port on the side of the machine body. Through this suction port, the high-pressure gas generated by the rotation of the impeller can be sucked away in a timely manner, keeping the pressure inside the casing balanced and creating favorable conditions for the smooth falling of materials. Taking cement production as an example, during the process of transporting cement raw materials to the kiln, the uniform pressure suction port of the rotating feeder can effectively eliminate the pressure interference caused by the rotation of the rotor, ensuring that the raw materials can enter the kiln stably and efficiently, providing a stable supply of raw materials for cement firing.
