负压除尘器的除尘效果的影响因素有哪些?

负压除尘器的除尘效果取决于十大因素,它们直接影响到了除尘器设备的净化效果和使用寿命。

(1)滤袋的选择:滤袋应选择耐磨耐高温的材质,有玻纤布/毡、针刺毡、P84针刺毡等,考虑到滤袋的耐磨性、耐高温以及费用等因素。

(2)温度的控制:一般滤袋承受温度为200 ℃,所以处理设施进口温度应控制在200 ℃以下,通过管道后的烟气到达除尘器箱体时,烟气温度都能降到200 ℃以下,特殊情况时,可进行水冷,在总烟管处安装冷却器。

(2) Temperature control: Generally, the filter bag can withstand a temperature of 200 ℃, so the inlet temperature of the treatment facility should be controlled below 200 ℃. When the flue gas passing through the pipeline reaches the dust collector box, the flue gas temperature can be reduced to below 200 ℃. In special circumstances, water cooling can be carried out and a cooler can be installed at the main flue pipe.

(3)风机选用:引风机比送风机效果好。

(4)机械除尘比人工除尘方便、干净,但机械除尘费用较高,现大多采用负压脉冲除尘法。

(5)漏风与阻力:理论上计算布袋除尘器除尘效率可以达到99%以上,主要影响因素有漏风和阻力:漏风率越低,除尘效果越好;阻力对除尘效果有一定影响,经常清空滤袋,减少阻力,可提高除尘效果。

(6)吸尘罩应尽量接近粉尘源,使粉尘更容易进入罩内,提高收尘量,减少粉尘扩散污染。

(7)设备维护:仪器设备及布袋容易损坏应及时维修和更换布袋。

气流速度:在1~3 m/s气流速度下,除尘效果较佳,一般风速控制在2~4 m/s。

(9)过滤面积:过滤面积越大,除尘效率越高,但造价会相应提高。所以应预先计算风量,然后选择相应的除尘器设备型号。

(9) Filter area: The larger the filter area, the higher the dust removal efficiency, but the corresponding cost will increase. So the air volume should be calculated in advance, and then the corresponding dust collector equipment model should be selected.

(10)前置除尘:在除尘器设备箱体前装沉降室,沉降室可除去一部分大颗粒粉尘,降低温度,可以大大提升除尘器的除尘效率。

(10) Pre dust removal: Install a settling chamber in front of the dust collector equipment box, which can remove some large particle dust, reduce temperature, and greatly improve the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector.
