除尘设备的正压:当含尘气体由风机送入除尘设备的尘端,过滤后由净端排入大气。其主要特点是结构不严,对环境造成污染。由于净化后的气体直接排入大气,因此对于连续操作的除尘设备各室,如因安装需要,清灰的电动阀门放在个室内尘端的进口支管上,支管从各室灰斗接入,由于热烟气进入,提高了灰斗内的温度,则各室尘端和灰斗之间应互相严密隔开,这样净端_可以不设置隔板,烟气直接从除尘设备的顶部排空即可,也可以引集中设置的高烟筒排气,使烟气中的有害气体成分不于危害附近的环境。只有烟气露点低于60℃,并且气流分布均匀,无气流停滞的死角时,才能采用这种形式,不然在寒冷地区除尘器的内部将产生严重的冻结。除尘设备的外壁一般不保温,严密性也要求不高,因此造价相对低一些。

This form can only be used when the dew point of the flue gas is below 60 ℃, the airflow is evenly distributed, and there is no dead angle of airflow stagnation, otherwise serious freezing will occur inside the dust collector in cold areas. The outer wall of dust removal equipment is generally not insulated and does not require high tightness, so the cost is relatively low.

除尘设备负压的特点:要求除尘设备的外壳严格密封、承受负压大、结构强度高。吸入式布袋除尘器全部处于负压状态如结构上漏风,势必影响除尘设备的除尘效果,增加除尘设备的阻力,并将提高排风机的负荷。处理露点温度60℃以上的烟气时,外壳及灰斗均应保温,漏斗内设停风加热器,以免冷凝出水分,发生粘结腐蚀。风机免收粉尘的磨损,寿命长,运行稳定,含尘气流不外溢,环境条件好。
