罗茨鼓风机叶片磨损原因有哪些?

罗茨鼓风机出现负压时,应针对其原因分别采取措施进行处理。首先应适当减少气量,以免高压机入口抽成负压,造成恶性事故,然后查明原因,分别处理,待处理正常后再加负荷。将气量减少至低程度,必然时紧急停车,待煤气系统处理正常,气框有上升趋势时,交换系统应争取时间开车。

罗茨鼓风机拆下进口消音器,如果我们发现叶片凹凸不平,这种磨损是回体颗粒导致的,输送的气体中,如果存在大颗粒物质,便会对罗茨鼓风机叶轮产生冲击,造成叶片的磨损。

如果叶片上存在裂纹或者存在一定铁屑脱落,这是由风机长期运行导致的,也可能与铸件的质量有关,属于风机疲劳应力损伤。
